  • Rori Riesgo

    CHIEF OF STAFF

    Rori has over 9 years of experience operating as an executive officer. She is great with people and easily wins over the hearts of many and for this reason was quickly promoted in the company to Chief of Staff. Rori keeps all the folks in the office happy with her positive attitude and sweet disposition.

    Rori has an intense love of biscuits, long walks on the beach, and her family. When she isn’t patrolling the hallways of the office or requesting a belly rub, you can find her taking a nap on the couch with the Dodger game on in the background.

    VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION CASE MANAGER & FOUNDER

    Belinda Riesgo has over (30) years of experience in Workers Compensation and Vocational Rehabilitation. She is proud to be a WMBE (Women and Minority Owned Business) of over three companies, and is always striving to make connection with her community. Born in Tijuana Baja California, Mexico and raised in Boyle Heights, she attended school at Cal State University, Los Angeles where she refined a self-starter ambition of advocating and helping those in need.

    Belinda is also a photographer, die-hard Dodger fan, proud Maltipoo mommy, and can be found tapping into her BEAST MODE at the Transformation Camp.

    Juanita Riesgo

    BOOK KEEPER

    Juanita has over 5 years as the company’s book keeper. As the heart and soul of the company, she brings a dedication and tenacity to this integral part of the company. After spending 25+ years working for LAUSD, she brings a wealth of knowledge and poise to what she does in the accounting department. With a meticulous attention to detail, she ensures the books are always in order, making her an essential asset to the team and it’s success.

    When she isn’t balancing the company’s budget, she enjoys her time in the garden, tending her home, watching all 162 Dodger games PLUS postseason and spring training, dancing to mariachi music, hanging out at the casino, and spending time with her loved ones.

  • Raul Riesgo

    VOCATIONAL COUNSELOR

    Raul Riesgo has over two decades of experience in the California Workers' Compensation industry. As a vocational return to work consultant he has assisted hundreds of injured workers to return back to the labor market through vocational rehabilitation and the supplemental job displacement benefit. He is also an experienced media consultant who has been featured on Spanish language news outlets Telemundo and Mundo Fox News discussing Latino community issues. He has been a news reporter for two Los Angeles area newspapers, and has authored a historical narrative on the development of the city of Pico Rivera, CA. His book was featured on CNN's Special Report, 'Latino's in America.'

    Raul was born and raised east of Downtown Los Angeles in Boyle Heights. He has a completed degree in public administration from the University of La Verne. He is also an avid genealogy enthusiast and a rabid Dodger fan.

    ACCOUNTS MANAGER

    Gabby is a recent graduate of Cal State University, Los Angeles, where she majored in Business Administration with an emphasis on international business and marketing. She brings a positive, enthusiastic demeanor and remains a dedicated professional, offering a fresh perspective, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic.

    During her time at CSULA, Gabby actively engaged in projects and collaborated with peers, showcasing strong teamwork and research skills where she consistently displayed a positive attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibilities, reflecting her commitment to personal and professional growth.

    When Gabby isn't busy cuddling with her two cats, you'll find her immersed in the world of video games - particularly Nintendo. She also enjoys traveling (in the real world), fashion and food.

    Ryan Riesgo

    VOCATIONAL COUNSELOR

    Ryan Riesgo has over 11 years of experience in Workers Compensation and Vocational Rehabilitation and was added as a Vocational Return to Work Counselor [VRTWC] on the Department of Industrial Relation's website in 2022. With experience working directly with insurance carriers, the WCAB, attorney offices and directly with injured workers - he is most passionate about helping folks directly and advocating for the injured worker.

    Ryan was born and raised in the city of Los Angeles and is a die-hard Dodger fan. He graduated in 2017 from Cal Poly Pomona and enjoys playing music, going fishing and going to baseball games.

    Fernanda Perea

    ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    Fernanda is the go-to problem solver, where she keeps things running smoothly as an administrative assistant. With a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills, she helps manage financial follow-ups, ensuring that outstanding balances and payment discrepancies are addressed. She also handles file organization, document processing, and provides general administrative support, always ready to assist her team and improve office efficiency. Currently working toward her Administrative Justice degree, Fernanda is passionate about structure, efficiency, and making sure every detail is in place. Born and raised in Mexico until the age of 8, she’s fluent in Spanish and always brings a strong sense of communication and adaptability to her work.

    When she’s not keeping things organized at the office, Fernanda is out chasing adventure. Whether it’s off-roading, going to concerts, or taking her dog, Sofi, to the park, she’s always up for something new. With a love for exploring and a fearless attitude, she’s the first to say yes to any exciting challenge.
